Description
Ecopipo® and Ecobebé® Inserts are the absorbent part of any cloth nappy.
They sit inside the pocket of the nappy in an Ecopipo pocket nappy or they lay on a cover of an Ecobebe All in Two nappy.
Inserts, absorbents, and boosters are exactly the same – it’s just different names for the one thing, a piece of fabric that has one job, to absorb your baby’s wee. They come in different materials and each material has some differences, but as we have already mentioned, their purpose is to absorb and retain your baby’s pee for some hours in between nappies changes.
All our Ecopipo® and Ecobebé® nappies include some inserts as a standard. In most cases, what your nappies have as standard is enough to absorb your baby’s pee during the day time, when you normally change the nappy every 3 to 4 hours. However, even changing the nappies often, some babies wee more and the standard absorbency might not be sufficient and the nappies might leak, for the following situations you will need to boost your baby’s nappy:
- When the insert is soaked through and you need to change the nappy more frequently in the morning time.
- If you’re using your nappies at night.
- When your toddler is close to potty training and suddenly has a long pee that floods the nappy.
- If you are going in a long car or shopping trip, where nappy changing might be a little bit difficult.
