Processing your order

Our automatic system only shows items that are in stock. In the rare case of the goods not found in our stock, we will contact you as soon as possible by email or text. You may choose to swap the product or have a partial/full refund.

Reducing waste and reusing as much as possible, is at the heart of our eco-friendly business ethic, therefore to prepare our parcels for delivery, we reuse packaging where possible, including any clean box from our local shops, or even cereal packaging too!

We do our best to dispatch all orders within 24 hours and try our hardest to provide same day dispatch for orders placed before 12 noon; however, this is not something we can guarantee.

Once you receive our email telling you we have completed processing your order, please allow between 3 to 5 days for delivery. Due to the Covid-19 situation, Royal Mail is experiencing some delays, please check here their daily Covid-19 updates

We only process and dispatch orders from Monday to Friday using the following couriers:

Our couriers and their fees

For UK orders, including Northern Ireland:
  • Royal Mail Second class signed for all orders up to 2 kg of weight and for all orders that qualify for free postage orders and weight no more than 2 kg.
  • Parcel Force fully tracked and sign for orders above 2 kg.

For the whole of the UK, all orders over £50 qualify for free postage. However, if you require a quicker option, please send us an email at info@ecopipo.co.uk and we will let you know the extra cost for 24 hours delivered (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).

For the rest of Europe:

We can ship any of our products to any country in the European Union or to any countries that belong to the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) or any other country in the European continent.

We have Authorised Distributors in different countries in Europe. We always encourage you to buy from them, as this will reduce your postage cost.

Our system will automatically calculate the weight of your order and will provide you with at least two options for you to choose from.

These parcels are sent via Parcel Force and delivered by its subsidiary company GSL within the whole of Europe, their whole journey is trackable.

We will send your tracking number once your parcel is booked.

If you need or want to return your product, read here the terms regarding returns and refunds

Missing or undelivered parcels?

If you do not receive your order within 7 days please contact us at info@ecopipo.co.uk

In cases where courier cards have been left at your address, but parcels are not collected, the parcel will be returned to us. In these cases, you may be required to pay additional postage costs for the item to be re-sent.

Before ordering please bear this in mind if you have holidays planned and will not be available to receive your parcel.

On the rare occasion, a parcel gets lost in transit when using a carrier, we will resend the item once it has been confirmed lost by the carrier. We will then pursue our loss with them.

To support our claim we need you to write a letter stating that the goods were not delivered to you personally, neither left in a secure place in your house nor left with a neighbour.

If a delivery attempt was unsuccessful because the parcel was refused at the delivery address, the courier will contact you to arrange a re-delivery and in most instances, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to cover costs.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that any security gate personnel are aware of expected deliveries.

Any item which is damaged or faulty upon arrival should be reported to us within 7 days of receipt so that we may take the appropriate action. Please see our Ecopipo Terms and conditions.
